---About Dharma Forest Temple


      Founded by the Ven. Master Chuan Feng in 2003, Dharma Forest Temple is a non-profit organization located in Southern California. Dharma Forest is an affiliate of Bai Yan Monastery (in Chengdu, China) and also of Kathok Monastery (in Tibet, near the Sichuan border).

     Master Chuan Feng is originally from Sichuan, China, where he was ordained under Ven. Master Wei Yin (founder of Bai Yan Monastery).

     Having students in China and Taiwan as well as in the United States, Master Chuan Feng makes trips every few months to visit and offer teachings to his students in Asia.
